Past clients include: HT Hall Associates, Values Technology, Autodesk, Olivetti ATC, Custom Web Applications, Ministry Healthcare, People, Inc., People Unlimited, Aadhya, Plexus, and Pyramid.

Key Client Contributions:
Played integral role in defining the UNIX systems administration function for Autodesk, and aided in the transition to SAP.
Created and deployed a values measurement international web application for Values Technology.

 

VALUES TECHNOLOGY, Napa, CA • 1992-2002 / 2005-2006

Technology and management consulting firm that provides IT platforms for organizational assessment and ethics- and values-driven management. 

Co-Founder/VP-Strategy /CTO 
Co-founded niche consulting firm and pioneered the technical and product vision. Partnered with Global 2000 businesses on organizational culture and values issues including leadership development, and leadership coaching and mentoring. Administered budgets. Recruited, hired, trained, and supervised local and virtual teams in technology development projects. Conducted extensive research on technology, knowledge management, management, leadership, systems thinking, values, and intellectual capital.   • Served as interim CEO for 14 months; spearheaded efforts to turnaround the underperforming business and achieved and maintained profitability until a CEO was hired.
  • Designed and developed a web-based Values Measurement Tool that enabled company to win client contracts valued at $1M+. 
  • Created a methodology for Large-Scale Integration (LSI) and Merger Integration that was subsequently utilized for organizations with up to 12k personnel.
  •  Developed a Cultural Alignment process for large-scale interventions including tools and processes for comprehending cultural issues in the M&A due diligence process.
  • Spearheaded the development and deployment of an international web portal and its translation into 9 languages; portal was used for personal and organizational leadership.
  • Authored and edited 30+ articles for industry publications focused on in-depth research of systems, culture, and organizational development issues.
